IASC PAES Lab

The PAES lab is committed to connecting students with disabilities to meaningful work experiences. We serve individuals with a wide range of abilities, including learning disabilities, cognitive impairments, hearing loss, physical disabilities, and developmental or multiple disabilities.

Our approach is tailored to each student’s unique needs. For students with higher functioning abilities, we provide opportunities to rapidly explore various job roles to uncover their strengths and passions.

Those facing more significant cognitive or physical challenges benefit from our comprehensive support. Breaking down job tasks into smaller steps, we help students discover their capabilities and identify areas where accommodations or modifications can enhance their success. Our team meticulously documents these supports to create personalized learning plans.
